Support Groups
Support Groups:
Community & Connection
“Group brought me relief and companionship during a difficult period of my life.”
While we love providing 1:1 support, we know there are other ways for you to get the support you need. We recognize the power of connections and shared experiences in promoting mental health and well-being. Support groups provide a supportive and collaborative space for you to feel less isolated in your experiences. The group space can act as a sounding board, as well as a place to put things into perspective.
Talking about yourself and your private issues in a group setting can initially feel intimidating. We get that it may feel daunting at first. What we often see and hear time after time again, is that people feel validated, understood, encouraged, and hopeful, and that the group experience is very rewarding. It’s a space where everyone is encouraged to express themselves without judgment, promoting a sense of belonging.
