Individual Therapy

Therapy isn’t about having the “right” words or knowing where to start. It’s about having a place where you don’t have to hold everything together.

In our work together, you’ll have space to talk honestly about what’s weighing on you. Whether that’s stress, anxiety, grief, fertility or perinatal experiences, or a sense that something just feels off. You don’t need to filter, minimize, or make it sound okay to be here. We will move at your pace.

Some sessions may feel reflective and grounding; others may focus on practical tools or next steps. We’ll make sense of it all together and work towards changes that actually feel doable in your real life.
